Aging is one of those things that when we first begin life we consider it to be a blessing. But as we grow older and we are mature we begin to you aging in an entirely new light. On average it is around the age of 30 that most people start to think about their age. Having spent most of their lives waiting to get old enough to drive a car and then to get old enough to move out on their own, they now begin to think of getting older as something that would rather not do.
Aging is the process where our bodies no longer regenerate and maintain the body's cells. The skin loses its elasticity after maturation and as we get older wrinkles appear. This natural process along with wear and tear on our bodies is the aging process.
